Local Historic Districts in our City

There are currently eight designated Preservation Districts in Santa Rosa: Burbank Gardens, Cherry Street, McDonald, Olive Park, Railroad Square, Ridgway, St. Rose, and West End. St. Rose was designated the first  historic district in the city as it was considered the most endanger from development due to its location. The city’s Cultural Heritage Board webpage has  information on historic district guidelines.
